About Gestalt Therapy.

Gestalt is a holistic, relational therapy. It considers the totality of you as a person; mind, body, emotions and spirit. It also considers the totality of your experience; your story, family, friends, work, home, and more broadly, your community, culture and environment. It understands that who you are is inseparable from all of these aspects of life. As we sit together in therapy, you bring all of this with you and, similarly, I bring all of my world too. We work together, at times diving beyond words to explore our embodied experience and our habitual ways of being. In so doing, we discover and experience new ways of engaging with life which bring more freedom and fulfillment.
